Editor of INDIA’S WORLD, Jacob teaches India’s foreign policy at the Jawaharlal Nehru University (JNU). He is the founder and director of the Council for Strategic and Defence Research (CSDR), ‘New Delhi, and a columnist for Hindustan Times. He is deeply committed to bridging the gap between policy and scholarship— pursuit he candidly admits has seen limited success thus far.
