Thibault Fournol is a Research Fellow at the Foundation for Strategic Research (France), where he coordinates the French Network for Indo-Pacific Policy Research. His research focuses on India’s foreign and security policies, with particular emphasis on the Indo-Pacific. He is especially interested in India’s approaches to and practices of regional cooperation (multilateral, minilateral), and more broadly in the evolution of multilateralism and cooperation mechanisms in Asia.
