Keerthi Martyn is a research assistant for the Indo-Pacific Security Program at the Center for a New American Security (CNAS). Previously, he worked at the Congressional Research Service (CRS) and was a Fulbright scholar at the Lakshman Kadirgamar Institute in Sri Lanka. Martyn has contributed to publications for CNAS, CRS, The Diplomat, the Journal of Indo-Pacific Affairs, and the Council on Foreign Relations.
