Harisundar Kumar holds an MSc in Politics and International Relations from SOAS, University of London. He was part of the Emerging Scholars Program at the Indo-Pacific Studies Center, Australia, in 2025, and is currently a NASP Fellow at the Takshashila Institution, India.
