Abdulkhaliq Ferdaus is a Kabul-based researcher. He is an Associate Professor with the Institute of Law and Political Science, Academy of Sciences of Afghanistan, and a former resident scholar at Rashtriya Raksha University (RRU), Gujarat (India).
