Sarabjeet Singh Parmar is a retired Indian Naval Officer who has spoken and written extensively on maritime security and strategy issues. His main areas of research include maritime strategy and security-related aspects in the Indo-Pacific, piracy, HADR, and international maritime law, with a focus on UNCLOS and lawfare. Currently, he is a Distinguished Fellow at the Council of Strategic and Defence Research, New Delhi.
