Lokendra is a Research Analyst working with the High-Tech Geopolitics Programme at the
Takshashila Institution. His primary research interests are tech-policy, cyberspace governance,
internet governance, cyberpolitics, cybersecurity, and generally issues at the intersection of
technology and politics (including nuclear developments).
