Anuttama Banerji is an Associate Fellow at the Centre for Aerospace Power and Strategic Studies (CAPSS). She was a South Asia Visiting Fellow at the Stimson Centre in 2023. Her research interests include water and maritime security and South Asian geopolitics. She holds Masters’ degrees in International Relations from the London School of Economics and Political Science and Jawaharlal Nehru University. She is a polyglot and is fluent in English, French and Urdu in addition to her native Bengali and Hindi.
