Vice Admiral Anil Chopra (Retd.) was the Commander-in-Chief of both the Western Naval Command and the Eastern Naval Command, as well as Director-General of the Indian Coast Guard. He has been a Member of the National Security Advisory Board and the Defence Acquisition Council. Currently, he is a Distinguished Fellow with the Delhi Policy Group.
