Constantino Xavier is Senior Fellow at the Centre for Social and Economic Progress (CSEP), in New Delhi, where he leads the Foreign Policy and Security Studies vertical. He is also Visiting Professor at Ashoka University’s International Relations department and a Non-resident Fellow in the Foreign Policy program at the Brookings Institution. Dr. Xavier’s research examines India’s role as a regional power and the intersecting dimensions of history, security, connectivity and democracy across South Asia and the Indo-Pacific.
