Vina Nadjibulla is Vice-President, Research & Strategy at the Asia Pacific Foundation of Canada. She also serves as an Adjunct Professor at the University of British Columbia’s School of Public Policy and Global Affairs and as a Senior Research Fellow at The Soufan Center in New York.
