Dinakar Peri is a fellow in the Security Studies program at Carnegie India. Earlier, he was a journalist with The Hindu newspaper covering defence and strategic affairs for almost 11 years. He is an alumnus of the U.K. Foreign Office’s Chevening South Asia Journalism Program and the U.S. State Department’s International Visiting Leadership Program.

Dhruva Jaishankar is Executive Director of the Observer Research Foundation America in Washington, DC. He is the author of Vishwa Shastra: India and the World (2024).

Ammar Nainar is a Junior Fellow and Program Coordinator for Foreign Policy and Security at ORF America. He contributes to ORF America’s research, convening, and programming on U.S.-India defence cooperation and Indo-Pacific security issues.

Prashant Singh is a research scholar at the Centre for South Asian Studies, School of International Studies, Jawaharlal Nehru University. An alumnus of IIT Bombay, he is also a recipient of the Network for Advanced Study of Pakistan (NASP) Fellowship at the Takshashila Institution, Bengaluru. 

Aakash Guglani is a distinguished technology policy expert serving as Senior Manager at Digital India Foundation, where he spearheads initiatives on Digital Public Infrastructure and AI governance.

Gaurav Dutta is an independent researcher and holds a PhD from Jawaharlal Nehru University.
