Dr Rashmi Doraiswamy retired as Professor from the Academy of International Studies, Jamia Millia Islamia. Trained in Russian studies at JNU, she is an award-winning film critic and scholar of Soviet–post-Soviet culture, Central Asia, literature, and cinema.

Dr Samir Bhattacharya is Associate Fellow at Observer Research Foundation, where he works on geopolitics with particular reference to Africa in the changing global order

Rajan Kumar is a Professor at the School of International Studies, Jawaharlal Nehru University. His research focuses on Russia, Eurasia, BRICS, multilateralism, and India’s foreign policy. He has authored and edited major academic works and regularly contributes to leading Indian newspapers and policy debates.

Aleksei Zakharov is a Fellow – Russia & Eurasia with the Strategic Studies Programme at Observer Research Foundation (ORF). Previously, Aleksei was a Post-doctoral Fellow at HSE University, Moscow, and a Research Fellow at the Institute of Oriental Studies of the Russian Academy of Sciences.

Prof. Dmitri Trenin is Director of the Institute of World Military Economy and Strategy at the HSE University and a Lead Research Fellow at the IMEMO Institute of the Russian Academy of Sciences.
