Bharath Reddy is an Associate Fellow with the Takshashila Institution. His research is at the intersection of technology, geopolitics, and India’s national interests, focusing on AI governance, open-source technologies, and telecommunications. Previously, he worked on 4G base station development at two leading Indian telecom firms.
