A former Indian diplomat, he served as Ambassador to France (2015-2017) and Bahrain (2010-2015), contributing to key global agreements like the Paris Climate Accord. He holds an MBA from Delhi University, a PhD from Sciences Po, and authored India’s Moment: Changing Power Equations around the World(2023).
