Dr. Happymon Jacob is the Editor of India’s World. He teaches India’s foreign policy at Jawaharlal Nehru University (JNU) and is the founder of the Council for Strategic and Defence Research (CSDR). He is a columnist for The Hindustan Times. He is deeply committed to bridging the gap between policy and scholarship—a pursuit he candidly admits has seen limited success thus far.
