Pranay Kotasthane is deputy director at the Takshashila Institution, and chairs its High Tech Geopolitics Programme. A public policy nerd, he co-writes the Anticipating the Unintended newsletter, co-hosts the Puliyabaazi Hindi Podcast, and is the co-author of three public policy books.
