Talha Ansari is a doctoral scholar at the Centre for Politics, Organisation, and Disarmament, School of International Studies, Jawaharlal Nehru University. He holds an M.Phil. in Planning and Development from the Indian Institute of Technology Bombay and a Master’s degree in Political Science from Savitribai Phule Pune University.
