Dr. Nand C. Bardouille is a Canadian trained political scientist and a foreign policy expert with 20+ years’ of thought leadership and public sector advisory in international development and diplomacy. Currently, he is Manager of The Diplomatic Academy of the Caribbean in the Institute of International Relations at The University of the West Indies’ (The UWI) St. Augustine Campus in Trinidad and Tobago. He is a World War II history buff, who subscribes to the axiom attributed to the late British statesman and wartime leader Sir Winston Churchill: “Study history, study history. In history lies all the secrets of statecraft.”
