Martand Jha is a researcher in the field of international relations and strategic studies. He has been a freelance writer, commentator and journalist since 2013. His PhD was in the area of Outer Space Security & Diplomacy from the School of International Studies, Jawaharlal Nehru University. He is visiting Faculty at the Indian Institute of Mass Communication, New Delhi.
