MARC SAXER is a German political analyst and strategist. Based in Bangkok, he has spent two decades in Asia working on questions of rapid transformation. He currently heads the Asia-Pacific Regional Office of the Friedrich Ebert-Stiftung, where his work focuses on how geopolitical tensions and geoeconomic disruptions reshape development models and lay the foundations for a new world order.
