Manoj Kewalramani is the Chairperson of the Indo-Pacific Research Programme and a China Studies Research Fellow at the Takshashila Institution. He is also a non-resident Senior Associate with the Freeman Chair in China Studies at CSIS. He is the author of Smokeless War: China’s Quest for Geopolitical Dominance.
