Kenneth I. Juster is a Distinguished Fellow at the Council on Foreign Relations. He previously served as U.S. Ambassador to India from 2017-2021. He was also Deputy Assistant to the President for International Economic Affairs, a senior official at both the National Security Council and the National Economic Council, in 2017, and Under Secretary of Commerce from 2001 to 2005.
