JÚLIA SZIVÁK is a Leverhulme Early Career Research Fellow at the University of Nottingham, working on “Firangi Bollywood – International cinema workers in the Hindi film industry.” She holds degrees in International Relations, Indology, and Comparative History, and earned her PhD from Birmingham City University in 2021. Her research explores Indian popular culture, migration, identity, gender, globalisation, and labour in creative industries.
