Gaurav Dutta is an independent researcher and holds a PhD from Jawaharlal Nehru University. Previously, he worked as a Consultant at the Ministry of External Affairs and as a Research Associate at the National Maritime Foundation. He has been a recipient of the JASSO fellowship as a Special Research Student at Niigata University, and a Research Student at Osaka University under the MEXT fellowship.
