Aleksandr Kuzmenchuk is a former Fulbright-Nehru scholar at Ashoka University. He holds a bachelor’s degree in International Relations from William & Mary and has interned at the Centre for Social and Economic Progress, the U.S. Senate Committee on Foreign Relations, the U.S. Department of State, and other research institutions.
