Hely Desai is a Visiting Fellow at the Henry L. Stimson Center and a former Research Fellow at the CTBTO, specializing in South Asian nuclear policy. She holds an MPhil from the University of Cambridge and has previously been affiliated with the Centre for Air Power Studies, the Indian Institute of Science, and India’s Ministry of External Affairs. Hely has also served as Associate Editor of the Cambridge Review of International Affairs and as a Graduate Researcher at Cambridge.
